You’ll receive your new software license by email immediately after completing your purchase. If you’ve been using an evaluation version of PrivateEye Enterprise, just enter your new license — no need to re-install PrivateEye.

Purchasing Information
Online Purchases: Licenses can be purchased directly in our online store. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure the secure transmission of all personal information.
Other Purchase options: If you need to pay with a purchase order (available to qualified purchasers within the US) we can handle that too. For help with all purchasing questions, contact us at sales@oculislabs.com.
Platform Independence: Your license is valid for any platform on which PrivateEye Enterprise runs.
GSA Purchases: PrivateEye Enterprise is available on a GSA schedule. See here to place an order.
Volume Purchases: Please contact sales@oculislabs.com to purchase corporate or site licenses or for larger volume purchases.
License Agreement: Your PrivateEye Enterprise license is governed by the Oculis Labs End User License Agreement.
Support Plan: Your first purchase comes with 12 months of Standard Support, which includes:
- Technical Support. Direct phone and email access to our technical support engineers. Standard Support is available during normal business hours 8am to 5pm Eastern Time (US).
- Updates and Downloads. Product updates and patches are available from our web site as they are made generally available. Updates are defined as releases where the version number is incremented to the right of the decimal point, for example from v3.2 to v3.3, v3.4 etc.
